An Inventory System Designed For Serious Work Truck Dealers
Our commercial truck inventory system was developed in 2006 and has been under constant enhancement since. It can include light-, medium- and heavy-duty work vehicles, as well as trailers, industrial equipment and even passenger vehicles, . It has many options and can be customized to meet most any inventory need.
Our inventory system is much more than a “Show and Tell” inventory. As you read through the many customization options and reporting tools below, you will discover it to be a management tool, too. Although some tools are built to manage a large work truck inventory, most work well for work truck dealership of any size.
Work Truck Zone Inventory System
Stand out from the crowd! You decided what background image or color is to be used for your inventory pages.
Your dealership is not the same as everyone else’s. You decide what truck types are included in your inventory. They can literally be anything. Plus, each truck can be included in as many categorizes as necessary.
You decide what Conditions to include in your inventory; New, Used, In-Transit, or On-Order. The ones you select will appear at the top of the inventory page. A Condition can even be selected from the Home page.
Our inventory offers several search options that can be added to your Home page, or any web page. Our "1-Click” truck type search is one, but there are others.
Our inventory offers two image search options. One is from the Home page, the other is from the main inventory page. Unlike some providers, the dealer selects which truck types to include and can even change the images to use.
Our system can show MSRP, Sell Price, and Special Pricing. The Special Pricing includes an expiration date. The Sell price can be entered or can be calculated using a cost-plus method.
There is a field in our inventory labeled Body ID field. This field can be found on the Main Inventory page. It has no specific purpose, but several dealers use it to encode the price and FPD for quick and easy reference.
The Pricing Portal allows you to easily change the MSRP, Selling Price and Specials Price. This routine also includes a history of your price changes.
Our Quick Edit allows a dealer to update and/or modify most of the vehicle information for vehicles in the active inventory.
This report shows how each vehicle is categorized in your inventory and on the advertising sites. This routine also offers the ability to update these categories.
Our inventory includes a hierarchical search of the basic truck information. The search options included in this search are Truck Type, Make, Model, Fuel, Drive and Cab. By hierarchical search, we mean that lower level options are dependent on the higher-level options already selected. For instance, if Ford is selected as the manufacturer, then the Model field will only show Ford Models and only if they are present in the active inventory.
Google Analytics offers an excellent analysis of your website’s traffic and performance. We can incorporate Google Analytics into the Work Truck Pros’ supplied website and inventory system. You then will have direct access to your website’s actual results.
Our inventory can report on the value of your inventory based on the invoice price. This report can be sorted from oldest to newest, with subtotals at several set days-in-inventory breaks. It can also be sorted by truck type with subtotal by each truck type.
Our inventory can age your inventory, oldest to newest, by floor plan date. The report includes vehicle details and an image of the vehicle.
Our inventory can report on the 3-character model code.
This package includes the Dealer Dashboard and weekly email services.
Our inventory offers several advanced search options, which many of our dealers find valuable. These include; Model Code, Wheelbase, CA, Engine Code, Year Code and Last 8 of the VIN. We can also include industry specific options. Call use about your specific search needs.
The dealer has the option of including body and/or truck invoices links on the Vehicles Detail Page. The value of a body invoice, or truck invoice, is it shows exactly how the upfit body, or truck, is configured. Prices on these invoices are usually removed.
The dealer decides if they want to augment their inventory and can select the trucks to include in their augmentation.
The dealer has the option of including In-Transit and/or On-Order vehicles in their inventory. The benefit is that the buyer is made aware of vehicles you will be receiving soon. These vehicles are labeled with a banner stating whether they are In-Transit or On-Order.
Some dealers like to show sold vehicles in their active inventory. All sold vehicles will have a Sold banner. Dealers using this routine can select how long each vehicle will be shown as sold in their inventory.
Our inventory lets a dealer create professional vehicle quote in minutes. These quote will include information and pictures about the vehicle being quoted.
Dealers often use our search options to find vehicles that meet a buyers needs. With our system, once the vehicles have been found, the dealer can create a link to send the buyer. Using this link the buyer will see the vehicles the dealer wants them to see.
Call for a demonstration of these capabilities, and more!
