Important features you should know about your system.
Our system offers several reports that include the vehicles model code. These reports groups vehicles by their model code.
Our Aging reports shows your vehicles oldest to newest. The report includes vehicle details and an image of the vehicle.
Our inventory valuation report values your inventory based on invoice pricing. The initial sort is by stock number, it can also be sorted by truck type, and other sort options are available.
Google Analytics offers an excellent analysis of your website’s traffic and performance. We can incorporate Google Analytics into the Work Truck Pros’ supplied website and inventory system. You then will have direct access to your website’s actual results.
Our Quick Edit allows a dealer to update virtually all of a vehicle's information on a single page.
Our Pricing Portal allows you to easily change the MSRP, Selling Price and Specials Price. This routine also includes a history of price changes.
Occasionally you may need a few upfit vehicles added to your active inventory. Our augmenter does just that, what makes it unique is our system lets you select the vehicles to include with their inventory.
This routine offers a way to visual compare the first image of the vehicle in the active inventory, with the same vehicle’s first image in the data feed file. This easily helps find trucks whose images have been updated.
Our system updates CTT automatically every night. We also include up to 3 truck types for each vehicle. The dealer has complete control over what 3 categories are selected.
Unfortunately, Truck Paper does not offer the option of automatically updating their inventory. However, we do offer a reconciliation report. This report will compare your website inventory with your inventory on Truck Paper and show the differences.
The dealer selects the inventory page background. The background can be a solid color or image.
The dealer selects the truck types to include for their inventory. This lets the dealer customize their inventory to meet their market and buyer's needs.
The dealer decides what conditions to include in the inventory. The options are new, used, on-order, in-transit and Truck Specials. From the main inventory page radio buttons control what the buyer includes in their inventory view. The Condition can also be selected from the Home page.
The basic search options are Truck Type, Make, Model, Fuel, Drive and Cab.
The dealer has the option of including advanced search options. These might include options like body manufacturer, VIN, CW, WB, Stk #, Model Code, Engine Code, even advanced features, e.g. PTO, Gaseouse Prep,...
The dealer has several search options to offer from their Home page, which includes 3rd party websites.These options can be for truck type, condition, body company and more.
This feature lets you capture a search, as a link. This link can be shared with buyers. It can also be saved for future use.
This option shows images of trucks, on the main inventory page. When a truck image is clicked, the inventory will show the selected kinds of trucks.
The inventory includes both 1-up and 3-up images. The 1-up images offer excellent detail view of the vehicle.
The upfit body and/or the truck invoice can be included on the VDP.
Our inventory can show advanced truck specifications. These included; CA, WB, GVWR, rear axle ratio, model code, drive, fuel, ...
Our system can show MSRP, Sell Price, and Special Pricing. Special Pricing includes an expiration date. Sell price can be entered or can be cost plus calculation.
Our augmenter lets the dealer select what vehicles to include with their inventory.
This routine can include your In-Transit and/or On-Order vehicles in your online inventory. These vehicles include a banner in the inventory stating whether they are In-Transit or On-Order.
This field is called the Body ID field and can be found on the Main Inventory page. It is used to code price and FPD for quick reference.
This routine lets a sold vehicle to remain in the active inventory, with a Sold banner, for up to 1 year.
