Sales History Tracker

The difference between companies that grow and those that don’t is customer retention. The more customers that you can keep and continue to sell to, the more likely you are to achieve your business goals.

Why Do Customers Leave a Company

The customer believes the business does care about their them.

Most companies spend their time and money trying to acquire new customers, and almost no time and money trying to retain existing customers, except for the very large customers.
How much time and money do you spend keeping connected with your past customers?

Today staying connected is easier and simpler than ever, but most companies don’t.  Why?  Because they aren’t reminded to do so and even if they are, they can’t remember enough about the customer, or what they purchased, to make the outreach personal and authentic.  And the contacts in the first few years should be more personal and less orientated sales.  By doing so you build the ground work for contacts in later years that are more sales orientated.

Our Sales History Tracker offers all of this, and more.

Our Sales History Tracker can remind you to contact your past customers on a regular basis, and it will provide details about the truck they purchased.  For instance, knowing the customer purchased a F-550, diesel, with a  dump body should provide enough information for the salesperson to make a personal and authentic contact with the customer.  Plus having that truck information in years 4 and 5 can be invaluable.

The best part is that keeping in contact with those customers is easier and much less expensive then you think.
